The purpose of the framework agreement is to place purchase orders, to carry out archaeological services linked to the program of studies and works envisaged in the territory in registered sites, classified as Historic Monuments, on the outskirts and within the perimeter. protected by the Bâtiments de France. These services concern preventive or planned archaeological excavations as defined in Book V of the Heritage Code. Excluded from this framework agreement are excavation services outside the surrounding area. Buildings in France and economic activity zones, existing or planned, and excavations exceeding 100, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. This framework agreement specifically concerns two operations carried out by the Agglomeration: the Château de Gaillon and the Bailiwick of Pont-de-l-Arche. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices.
