Project activities may include limited ground-disturbing work, such as trenching for conduit, power, or communications infrastructure, which may exceed approximately six (6) inches in depth.Due to the potential for subsurface cultural resources within park areas, the City is required to implement archaeological monitoring to comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental and cultural resource regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and related discovery protocols.
