The existing dock gates have come to the end of their serviceable life and require to be replaced.The dock gates were installed in 2004 are created the marina area with a maintained water level.The current dock gates will have to be removed and replaced with new. The works will include temporary works to create a dry working area and to sustain the water levels within the marina.
