The subject of the public contract is the execution of arboricultural treatment of trees and related works at cemeteries managed by SHMB, p.o. The following works are the subject of the public contract: 1. Felling trees and milling stumps, planting and subsequent care The subject of the contract are services consisting in ensuring felling of trees, even in difficult conditions with a platform or tree-climbing technique with gradual lowering of the crown or trunk, removal of tree stumps with clearing and backfilling of the pit, crushing of cut branches by machine, disposal of wood matter and related cleaning, tree planting with follow-up care for 3 years, care of existing young plantings and hedges. Felling can only be carried out on the basis of a positive statement from the relevant departments of the environment of the respective city districts. 2. Arborist work - health cuts, educational cuts, crown reduction The subject of the contract are services consisting in the execution of educational, safety, health, reduction cuts even in difficult conditions with a platform or tree-climbing equipment with gradual by lowering the crown or trunk. 3. Bonds The subject of the contract are services consisting in the inspection and repair of existing security bonds and the establishment of new bonds. All records of inspections, changes and new installations will be provably forwarded the contracting authority. A detailed list of activities is given in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement, which forms the Appropriation Budget.
