Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works (Arboriculture Work) completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 7.0 (Seven) lakhs under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 10.0 (Ten) lakhs in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list.d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 7.0 (Seven) lakh and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW2a-3 shall not be accepted.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 7.0 (Seven) lakhs.In order to calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partner shall be required.f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS.
