June 7-8, 2016. Submit Written Questions on June 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Written questions shall be e-mailed to marjorie.barber@ncdenr.gov. The Contract shall have an initial term, beginning on the date of the Contract award (the "Effective Date") until November 1, 2016. The Vendor shall not begin work prior to receipt of a fully executed contract.
