The purpose of the contract is to appoint a project author for the renovation and extension of three kitchens at the Mouscron CPAS. The kitchens are located in three rest homes: Home Joseph Vandevelde, Avenue Royale 5 in 7700 Mouscron Home Pierre Mullie, Rue Preud'Homme d'Hailly 2 in 7712 Herseaux Reposoir Saint-Antoine, Avenue du Reposoir 1 in 7711 Dottignies The attention of the project author is drawn to the fact that the project, furniture, equipment, etc. must strictly meet the standards imposed by the federal agency for food safety (AFSCA). In the event of comments from the AFSCA on the equipment or furniture, the author of the project undertakes to bring it into compliance at his own expense and under his responsibility. The wish is to take advantage of this renovation to improve the working conditions of operators: ergonomics, working atmosphere (temperature, acoustics, humidity, automation of heavy workstations if possible, etc.) Particular attention will be paid to savings energy proposed.
