This contract concerns the designation of a project author in order to develop a municipal development plan in compliance with the CoDT. The market also includes information to the population, participation in sessions of the CCATM (Commission Municipal Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Mobility) as well as the regular presentation of the progress of projects to the Municipal College and the Municipal Council. The mission of the design office is broken down into 2 sections (carrying out the municipal development plan (firm phase) and environmental impact report (conditional phase) whose content is reproduced in the technical description. The mission is carried out in accordance with the legislation relating to the development of the territory, in particular articles D.II.9 and D.II.10 of the CoDT. A diagram of the procedure for developing a SDC is included in ANNEX 1.6 PROCEDURE FOR DEVELOPING THE COMMUNAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN. This contract is subdivided into a firm tranche, comprising phases 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of the implementation of the municipal development plan, and a conditional phase, comprising phase 3.
