Eligibility of Tenderer:The Tenderers must have at least 10(ten) years experience in Pre-shipment inspection, particularly materials & equipment required in connection with Transmission of Natural Gas through High Pressure Transmission Pipeline. They must have their own branch offices and laboratory facilities in USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, China, India and other most of the important countries in all region of the world to carry out Pre-Shipment Inspection. The Tenderer also must have valid Membership Certificate of Pre-shipment Inspection sub-committee from International Federation of Inspection Agencies (IFIA) and ISO Certificate.
