Appointment of an intermediary for the management, maintenance and renewal of SAP licenses and subscriptions This contract concerns the appointment of an intermediary for the management, maintenance, renewal and monitoring of SAP licenses on-premise and current and future SAP Cloud subscriptions from ULiège. The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year and can be renewed 3 times. This contract does not imply any obligation for the University to acquire, convert or subscribe to a offer RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP or any other structuring SAP Cloud offer via the successful bidder of this contract. The successful bidder's missions relating to RISE with SAP are limited to analysis, advice, contractual preparation, monitoring of deadlines, optimization recommendations and decision support. The University retains the right to launch, at any time, a separate public procurement procedure for the acquisition, negotiation, conversion, subscription or implementation implementation of a RISE with SAP offer, SAP Cloud ERP or any structuring SAP Cloud solution, without exclusivity for the benefit of the successful bidder of this contract.
