It concerns a public contract for contracting services with the spatial and architectural study for replacement construction with the redesign of the project area located along the Liersesteenweg in Nijlen (Kessel). The design will also contain a guiding sketch for thedesign of the public space in the project area. In addition to the architectural assignment, the following performance is delivered: Study special techniques (with the exception of energy audit, fire protection, study acoustics, ....), stability study, study regarding energy performance and the indoor climateof buildings (EPC), safety and health coordination, ventilation reporting. The design team is responsible for: 1. The preparation of the entire design (sketch, preliminary design, final design) 2. The preparation of a tender -ready file (plans, measurement statement, …… ..) 3. Coordination of thetender procedure for the works: publication, tendering and preparation of the award report 4. The acquisition of the building permit and other possibly necessary permits 5. Follow -up and coordination of the implementation phase 6. Provisional and definitive delivery, follow -up, follow -up, follow -up, follow -up, follow -up, follow -upwarranty period. A detailed description of the tasks of the design team can be found in the typing contract of Honorary Agreement in the appendix to the present specifications.
