The local government of Kortenberg already uses an appointment and customer guidance system today. The board wants an agreement for a system including full maintenance (updates, upgrades, developments) of the software and, if possible also the hardware. This therefore concerns the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the entire system. The appointments are handled at 3 locations: Administrative Center Building A, Administrative Center Building B and at the Implementation Services. The system integrates the diversity of possible agreements from citizens for services in our buildings. We choose to incorporate all agreements into one uniform appointment system.
