Appointing a design team for architecture and public space - replacement construction Gansbeek Bilzen-Hoeselt Through this procedure, Wonen in Limburg is looking for a multidisciplinary design team that is fully committed to the total concept in which architecture, infrastructure and (semi-)public space are approached in an integrated manner and sustainable neighborhood development with a vision for the future is pursued and stimulated. The design team is responsible for the entire study assignment, from the start design research and up to and including final delivery. Optimal collaboration between the architect, the technical experts and the infrastructure designer is necessary so that the elaboration of the architectural design and environmental construction is achieved in a integrated way can be done. All necessary disciplines and experts for obtaining the environmental permit and the professional realization of the proposed concept are included in the price quotation. We wish to realize a replacement building for the 4 apartment buildings in Gansbeekstraat 1, 3, 5 and 7. The replacement construction of the 24 apartments into a new densification project should give a boost to the Gansbeek district. Living in Limburg wishes to realize a complementary offer that makes the switch makes it easy for current tenants to move into a new home. In total there are approximately 25 apartments, spread over different buildings. We want a mix of housing types 1/2 and 2/3....
