The technology of the cultural hall and sports hall are currently located in the existing, adjacent swimming pool. In order to To safeguard the operation of the cultural hall and sports hall during the demolition and new construction work of the swimming pool, these techniques must be replaced by a new installation at a different location and additionally adapted where necessary. The assignment includes (non-exhaustive): - the installation of new boilers and accessories; - the installation of a new air unit for the sports hall; - adjustments to existing sanitary hot water installation; - adjustments to the existing hydraulic installation.
