Wonen in Limburg wishes to appoint a design team for the design and follow-up of architecture and public space for a project in which 2 existing homes are demolished and 20 new residential units are built. It concerns a combination of ground-level owner-occupied homes, ground-level rental homes with private gardens and a playful design of residential blocks with various types of apartments with great attention to the communal outdoor space that enhance existing views and valuable greenery and involved in living. Whereby, in consultation with the municipality, existing regulations can be deviated to a certain extent in order to achieve a coherent whole through a playful arrangement of the volumes.
