"Application of vacuum deposition of thin layers in the area of document protection and authenticity control - realization of variable electronically and software-controlled construction of vacuum deposition on foils and solid pads on sta... The contracting authority implements the Security Research Program for needs of the state 2022-2027 (SecPro - SECurity PROcurement), VC - BV I/1 - VZ, (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") whose main goal is to increase the security of the state and citizens of the Czech Republic by supporting the research needs of state administration bodies, which will enable individual actors to in the field of security to acquire, acquire, maintain and develop the necessary specific skills for the effective security of tasks within their scope. The main objective of the Program is fulfilled through result-oriented sub-objectives in connection with key Priorities in the security area. In fulfilling the objectives of the Program, the contracting authority accepted for solution the research need presented by the Police of the Czech Republic, which plays the role of expert manager of the research need and the future solution of the research, development and innovation project and will be the final user of the results. In order to realize this research need, the contracting authority has decided to implement this public contract procurement procedure aimed at selecting a supplier who will be the recipient of targeted support for the solution of a security research project in within the Program.
