The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter Procurement Unit) is requesting a participation application for the procurement of thermal camera collimators for the Defense Forces in accordance with this request for participation applications. A thermal collimator is a device used for IR devices for maintenance and inspection of operation. Thermal camera collimators for purchase as follows:1. 2 pcs quick testing (go/no-go test device) which can be used to quickly verify the performance of the thermal camera. The device will be used, for example, to be tested for assessing the adequacy of the device's performance based on the detection of line pair patterns and for checking the mutual parallelism of the day and IR channels. The device is used in different conditions, so it must be easily portable and suitable for field use. The device must be able to perform the tests without a separate computer. 2. 1pc computer-controlled thermal camera test device (laboratory test device) for detailed measurement, which must be able to test also daylight camera performance. The test device must have a longer focal length and a larger aperture diameter than the test device described in point 1, so that it can be used to test higher performance systems. The test device must have e.g. motorized spot exchange, automatic testing and reporting, and the ability to generate a report containing performance metrics.
