Tender Details

The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter Procurement Unit) is requesting a participation application for the procurement of public address and alarm equipment for the Defense Forces in accordance with this request for participation application. The object of the procurement is 1 piece of public address and alarm equipment To the Pirkkala base during 2026, as well as an additional procurement reservation (option) of 1 piece of announcement and alarm equipment for use in another support area established by the Satakunta air force for the years 2026-2028. The equipment must be able to be connected to the mains and the installation must be detached from buildings, so that if necessary the equipment can be moved by hand, e.g. with a van. Coverage area A, where the operating personnel understand the alarm and announcement information, must be at a distance of approximately 1.5-2.0 km from the announcement point and area B, where the personnel receives an indication of the alarm, should be approximately 3.0-4.0 km. The alarm and announcement must be heard in terrain, vehicles, residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and other buildings such as hangars, shelters, canopies and shooting ranges, their buildings and structures.
