Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Nine Million Pesos (Php69, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of the Project Application Programming Interface (API) and Data Management Project Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The contract duration is twenty-four (24) months. Within twelve (12) months from date to be stated in the Notice to Proceed - Setup, Installation, Configuration of cloud solutions, API Development, Data Cleansing and Transformation, training and full system Go Live of the API and Data Management Project shall be completed. Cloud subscription terms are as follows:
• Year 1 - Covers all cloud-based solutions (e.g., API, Data Management, storage/repository) until completion of Project Milestone 5: Implementation and Go-Live Phase.
• Year 2 - Covers the same solutions for 12 months after completion of Project Milestone 5: Implementation and Go-Live Phase or until full consumption of license...
