Application to Person (A2P) Messaging Solution
1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Application to Person (A2P) Messaging for the use of incident management application messaging- PICTO with Purchase Request No. 25-2937 under Bid No. B-25-0119. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
