Erillisverkot requests participation applications for the procurement of the customer portal system. The goal of separate networks is to find a supplier to build a customer portal system, as well as to be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the system The goal of the acquired portal is to: • Improves customer experience and self-service possibilities • Improves order and complaint processes • Provide a centralized view of the customer's status, services and to contracts • Enables integrations with background systems and views from these to the customer portal The goal would be to offer customers a self-service option so that customers can use the customer portal to order Erillisverkko's products and services. In the first phase, the purpose is to get Virve 2 devices and connections to the portal.
