Application maintenance and hosting of THEMIS project applications Rules The service subject to this consultation is a hosting service, MCO and development of the Thèmis Règles module. The Thémis Rules module is responsible for the application of Complex business rules whose purpose is to determine the most likely trips for each sales transaction. To do this, the Thémis Règles module will rely on the TER Tariff Codes and the SNCF (PIV) journey calculator. He is based on DROOLS technology to develop functionalities relating to the implementation of a rules engine capable of calculating, from a sales transaction, the most probable trip(s) in order to provide a breakdown an accountant.
