The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the GENERAL FUND-SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUUNDRED THREE PESOS (P 374, 303.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the APPLICATION OF EPOXY FOOD GRADE PROTECTIVE COATING AT COLD CHAIN FACILITY AT CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN RE-BID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
