The object of the procurement are services related to application development, support and maintenance of IT monitoring of gambling operations. The service package includes the following areas:

Finnish gambling operations are based on the Lottery Act (1047/2001), the State Council's ato the regulation on lotteries (1345/2001) and to the regulations of the Ministry of the Interior on gambling rules. In the Lotteries Act, gambling refers to lotteries where you can win money. Gambling activities in Finland are supervised by the Lottery Administration of the Police Board. The purpose of monitoring gambling operations is arin accordance with the Pajais Act, to guarantee the legal protection of participants in gambling games implemented under the Lotteries Act, to prevent abuses and crimes related to gambling, and to prevent and reduce the financial, social and health harms caused by participating in lotteries.
The term of service is aweekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Finnish time. A 24/7/365 stand-by service with a response time of two (2) hours is required from the supplier for urgent repairs of malfunctions and malfunctions.
