1 TAX RETENTION

The supplier has to submit Tax exemption Certificate issued by Ministry of Finance along with all PO invoice to our Accounts Payable Team In case if the above certificate is not submitted 5% of Po value will be retained by ???. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.
2 SAMPLES

8.1 If requested in the RFO. Samples of Material arc required to he submitted with the lender, unless such samples arc provided, the tender shall not be considered. The Bidder must submit the samples to ??? Purchasing Department and attach a copy of the receipt to the bid. (if applicable)
3 Transportation and Delivery of Materials
