Successful proponents, following the evaluation outlined in this document, will form a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing shared with all our schools and administration. Documents
TLDSB currently particates in the Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) Apparel and Related Products and Services contract. Schools/departments may also continue to purchase under this (or similar) collaborative contract at their sole discretion, as best suits their needs. All other suppliers that have previously been approved on a TLDSB VOR list must reapply through this RFSQ process.
TLDSB intends to prequalify a minimum of ten (10) proponents up to a maximum of thirty (30) proponents based on the rated criteria specified in the RFSQ but reserves the right to modify these numbers at our discretion.
