Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed.Description of the Project and ServicesThe project includes the design and construction of approximately ninety-two (92) new Residential Housing Units at CFB Trenton for Canadian Forces Housing Agency. The units will be a combination of row houses and apartments, consisting of, 12-unit apartment buildings and 4-unit row houses. The rough order of magnitude value of this portion of work is $92M, including utilities and site services.The project may also include the potential to increase to accommodate the design and construction of an additional seventy-two (72) units in a 1-bedroom apartment configuration. The rough order of magnitude value of the total potential of the contract is $122M and it is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in the Fall of 2025. The anticipated contract model for this opportunity is modified design-build.
