Solicitation W912CL26RA0002 issued for Base Operations Support at Apiay Air Base near Villavicencio, Colombia. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment, grounds maintenance, housekeeping / janitorial services, administrative support, property accountability, cargo movement, and management of billeting facilities.

3. Solicitation Attachment 2 Addenda to 52.212. If there is any inconsistency between Attachment 2 and the full text provisions in other documents, Attachment 2 supersedes them.
4. Solicitation Attachment 3 Q&A Spreadsheet. Vendors shall submit questions / RFIs on the attached Spreadsheet, to include document reference.
5. Solicitation Attachment 4 Full Text 52.212-1.
6. Solicitation Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionnaire. The offeror submits the questionnaire to their past performance references, who then submit directly to [email protected] and [email protected]. See instructions in Solicitation Attachment 2.
