REQUIREMENT TITLE: W912PF-25-Q-A011 - APF (APPROPRIATED FUND) MENSA OPERATIONS USAG ITALY, DARBY MILITARY COMMUNITY
Description of the project: The Contractor shall provide all Mensa services including, but not limited to, purchasing food ingredients, preparing, cooking, and serving food and drink items and cleaning the Mensa assigned areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, chemicals, supervision, and other items or services to perform. The contractor shall accomplish in the performance of this contract respecting this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable and current US and Host Nation laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Italian A.S.L. (Azienda Sanitaria Locale), Host Nation Public Sanitary Department (Dipartimento Sanita- Pubblica) standards, applicable Italian food service law; D.lgs. 81/2008 Testo Unico sulla sicurezza del lavoro, US Army food regulations; Army Regulations AR 30-22; DA PAM 30-22; DA PAM 738-750; TB MED 530; FM 21-10; FM 10-23; FM 10-24; and TM 10-412.
