Request for proposals are invited for APEC Companies- Best Practices on Long-term Foreign Direct Investment within APEC Economies (FDI locations: Malaysia; Thailand; USA; and Viet Nam)
The Contractor is tasked with developing case studies based on the pre-selected FDI projects. The case studies should highlight the following three (3) key elements: a) Continuity: Having a long-term track record of investment at a particular site even after experiencing economic and social crisis. b) Relationship: Building and maintaining good relationship between the investing company and local communities. c) Human Resource Development: Creating local jobs and supporting the development of the local workforce to facilitate the upgrading of the local industry.
