Tender Details

The subject of the competition is the design of a new residential building, or apartment buildings on the site of the existing apartment buildings Křídlovická 57 and 59, including the adjacent courtyard block within the scope of the addressed area defined in document P09 - Addressed and affected area. As they are proposed residential houses part of the city block defined by the streets Křídlovická, Nové sady, Fuchsova and a new street connected to the so-called Little America, the Client wants to proceed conceptually. The participants will therefore conceptually propose a material solution for the entire city block in accordance with the current one territorial plan of the city of Brno.
