The subject of the public order is the realization of the new construction of the SO 04 apartment building with 4 apartment units and a separate warehouse in Malenicy. The apartment building is designed as a free-standing new building with a rectangular layout. The object is land. The dm of apartments contains a total of 4 apartments of the unit, piem ke each has a separate storage space. Warehouses for end apartments with a height of 4.90 m are located on both sides of the main building SO04. The warehouses for the central apartments are located in a separate utility warehouse building, located away from the main building; their usable area is 10.37 m a 10.12 m. Detailed information is provided in the other hundreds of tender conditions of the public contract, i.e. in the project documentation, list of construction works, supplies and services with an indication of the plan and in the commercial conditions in the form of a considered model of the mining contract and in the opinions of the relevant state bodies administration and administration of the state and general authorities authorized for the implementation of the construction.
