an element of this purchase is the acquisition of a sufficient amount of sorbents and related consumables designed for the prevention and disposal of hazardous substances, especially petroleum products, operating fluids and other chemical substances that are often found in the warehouses, longhouses and at the PHM stations of the rapidly deployed units of the 4th Brigade. Leased material will be used for immediate intervention in emergency situations, for operational maintenance and for ensuring the safety of work surfaces, equipment and handling areas. The use of sorbents is based on the obligation to minimize the negative consequences of the activity on the environment according to Act 11. 17/1992 Coll., on the environment, and from the obligation to make a written order so that waste materials do not enter surface or underground waters and do not endanger their environment, laid down in 39 paragraph 1 of the Act. 254/2001 Coll., on Vodch.
