The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) implemented an All-of-Government (AoG) agreement for the supply of Consultancy Services to government agencies through two tranche procurements that now form the Business and Finance Category. Tranche 1 was established in November 2015 and Tranche 2 was established in December 2016. The AoG Consultancy Services is an evergreen contract that allows MBIE to present the opportunity for additional suppliers to join the Panel contract at regular intervals.
The purpose of this notice is to inform potential Respondents of the nature and timing of the proposed tender process to support advanced planning. MBIE is allowing for:
- New Providers who wish to join the AoG Consultancy Services Panel. Respondents who were unsuccessful in their initial application to join the Panel during the first intakes are welcome to respond to this tender
- Existing AoG Consultancy Services Business and Finance Providers who wish to apply to provide services for any additional subcategory(ies)
- Existing AoG Consultancy Services Business and Finance Providers who wish to apply to change to a lower or higher tier of engagement, the Request for Proposal (RFP) will detail the related requirements.
The solution supports government agencies to purchase consultancy services in a more efficient and effective manner while ensuring quality and value for money. The Panel is open to reflect the dynamic nature of the consultancy services sector. Open panels see Providers rewarded for strong performance and enable new entrants to participate through the life of the contracts.
This opportunity is available for all services in scope of the Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 Panels.
