Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is to supply consumables, implants, instrumentation and dental products for the Champagne University Hospital Group, whose beneficiary establishments are the Reims University Hospital Center, the Auban-Moët Hospital Center in Epernay and Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) in Rethel-Vouziers. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The purchase order contract is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum.
