Anvil - provision of public catering Provision of public catering services for the Municipality of Üllő City and its social and public education institutions maintained by the state institution maintainer for a fixed period of 20 months from January 1, 2027, i.e. Until August 31, 2028 in the framework of an enterprise contract. In the case of satisfaction, the business contract can be extended for another two years, i.e. until August 31, 2030, according to the Civil Code. according to the rules on contract modification. Bidder is entitled to indicate its intention to extend the contract by means of a written legal declaration addressed to the winning tenderer, no later than 30 days before the end of the fixed term of the contract. If the parties agree, they are entitled to their contract to be extended in writing by an additional 24 months, before the end of the original term of the contract. For 5 kindergartens and 1 school maintained by the Municipality of Üllő City and the state institution maintainer, three times a day on each educational day meal (at ten o'clock, lunch, snack) or only lunch (adult, child), providing four meals a day (breakfast, ten o'clock, lunch, snack) on all opening days for the 2 nurseries. The task of the Contractor is to prepare the food and the Customer its delivery to its warming kitchens. The number of listed institutions may change during the contract.
