Description
The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to release a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for securing the services of an Integrator for the procurement of an Antarctic Research Vessel (ARV). This IDIQ is intended to be single-award. The ordering period is anticipated to be ten years from the date of award. Work is anticipated to take place at contractor locations.
This release qualifies as a pre-solicitation synopsis for the ARV Integrator requirement, required in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201. A solicitation for this procurement will be released no earlier than 2 February 2024. This notice does not guarantee the release of a solicitation, or a release of the solicitation on this date.
The RFP will be subject to full-and-open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541330 and the size standard for this NAICS code is $47M.
