Description
This Special Notice is to provide awareness and opportunity to attend an NSF-hosted Industry Day for the Antarctic Research Vessel (ARV) Integrator requirement.
The initial release of this notice only serves in a "Save-the-Date" capacity. The industry day will occur, remotely via Zoom.gov, on 12 July 2023.
This Special Notice shall be updated with additional information and guidance prior to the industry day.
Specific time of day shall be determined at a later date. It shall occur within Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) business hours. NSF intends, but cannot guarantee, the release of a draft Request For Proposal (RFP) prior to the industry day. This notice will be updated to provide instructions on receiving an invite link to the Zoom.gov webinar. Interested parties should anticipate completing a brief questionnaire identifying themselves and/or their organization. This notice will be updated in advance with NSF's agenda for covered topics for the industry day. In the pursuit of fairness to all interested parties, live questions will not be answered during the industry day. Questions may be submitted before, during, and after the event, with responses to questions that NSF answers made publicly available on Sam.gov. Questions must be in writing to the below email address. At present, there are no cut-off dates for receipt of questions. This notice will be updated to identify dates when applicable.
