SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
ANSWER SHEETS FOR OPTICAL MARK READER SCANNER
(SEF-0315)
1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Special Education Fund 3321 - 50203010 Approved by the Local School Board intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php10, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Answer Sheet for Optical Mark Reader Scanner. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Answer Sheet for Optical Mark Reader Scanner. Delivery of the goods shall be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order or on August 01, 2026, whichever comes first. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
