Anticipated Issue Date: 30 September 2023 - Anticipated Closing Date: 06 November 2023

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane (NSWC-CR) has a requirement for the procurement of AN/SQS-53C Stave Frames. These Stave Frames are a critical component of the TR-343 Sonar Transducers and are used in the AN/SQS-53C Hull Mounted Sonar Array Subsystem for AN/SQQ-89 Acoustic Sonar Weapons (ASW) System. The Stave Frames are made of welded steel with tightly toleranced features and coated with a highly protective epoxy coating. The Stave Frames will be procured as shipsets, which consist of seventy-two (72) individual frames.

The Navy intends to solicit this five (5) year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203 and FAR 19.502-2 as a 100% small business set-aside. Delivery is required FOB Destination. The solicitation will be made available posted to https://www.sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.sam.gov. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those Offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
