Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for servicing refrigeration equipment at NOVUS stores. Qualification criteria: The tender participant must submit documents according to the qualification questionnaire listed in Appendix 1 to this technical task. It is mandatory to visit the facilities. The contractor has all the necessary licenses and permits to perform work: Permit to perform high-risk work. Permit to perform high-rise works. Availability of resources and MTB for work execution: Availability of qualified personnel with confirmation. Positive experience of performing similar works at similar objects (add a Reference list for these objects, indicating: name, location, area, list of works performed by sections, deadlines). Number of years above the market. Work in the Prenzhi dispatching program. The purpose of the tender. To decide on a service company that will provide a complex of works and services with: technical maintenance of accident-free and regular operation of HVAC equipment at the Customer's facilities in accordance with the Agreement and the actual list of equipment. Source data for the preparation of the tender offer: Standards for the execution of applications: according to the agreement. Financing conditions: according to the contract. The form of the table for submitting a price offer for maintenance in Appendix No. 3 (KP on KTO of equipment). Period of performance of work: For service maintenance, one year from the moment of signing the contract. Requirements for performance of work: Conduct an audit: in accordance with existing systems of the NOVUS Technical Condition Standard and identify the causes of malfunctions. Sign the Defective Act with the Customer. Submit a commercial offer for comprehensive equipment maintenance for approval.
