Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the purchase, supply and installation of warehouse racks for NOVUS. Objects: 1139 m. Kyiv, str. Maksymovicha, 6; 1184, Brovary, Moskalenko 16g/8; s. Baryshivka, str. Tsentralna, 19, Qualification criteria: The tender participant must submit documents, according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task. The tender participant must be a manufacturer or an official representative-importer of products (the subject of the tender) must provide information on the availability of certificates and test protocols for the subject of the tender. Requirements for the supply of goods: Delivery period: The product must be available or manufactured on time. The term of delivery and installation is agreed with the Customer NOVUS shopping center at the addresses: Brovary, str. Moskalenka 16g/8.m. Kyiv, str. Maksymovicha, 6; p. Baryshivka, str. Tsentralna, 19 The price of the product includes transportation and all expenses that may be incurred during the execution of the purchase contract. The participant provides an offer in the format of the Customer - Appendix 2 to the tender documentation (the Participant does not deviate from the Customer's form). The cost is indicated for each element of racking equipment. The cost for installation work is indicated according to the number of elements that are needed to mount at the facility (in accordance with T2). Tender evaluation criteria. Full compliance of the participant's company with sections 1 and 2 of this technical task. Financing conditions: 30% advance, 70% post-payment. When evaluating the CP, preference will be given to the Participant who provided the optimal payment terms for the Customer, the terms of product pricing and the cost of the product.
