Dear Sirs, Novus Ukraine LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company that will provide the following services: - Freight transportation on the territory of Ukraine of food and industrial goods for dry storage, as well as goods with a temperature regime of +6C; - Freight transportation on the territory of Kyiv city and Kyiv region of food and industrial goods for dry storage, as well as goods with a temperature regime of +6C. The proposal must contain: 1. Information about the company, with the provision of registration documents. 2. The cost of transportation for 1 km of city/intercity mileage, taking into account: - the presence of a temperature regime of +6C - the absence of a temperature regime - the cost of fuel - the category of cars - the presence of constant return loading from regions from Novus Ukraine LLC suppliers to the warehouse of the RC in Kyiv.* *Reverse loading takes place as follows: - During the week, the carrier delivers goods from the Kyiv RC to TTs located in the regions, according to their queue for long-distance transportation. - After unloading of goods on TT Novus - the Carrier's car is submitted for loading goods from the Novus Supplier. The loading is carried out in the same settlement where the goods are unloaded at the Novus TT. If necessary, provide the car for loading in another settlement - mileage is paid additionally, according to the cost of 1 km of the long-distance tariff. - Return loading is carried out according to the schedule previously agreed with the Carrier (4 times a week). Also Carrier twice a week must pick up the container from the TT after unloading the goods, and deliver it to the Kyiv RC. The cost of transportation for 1 km of long-distance distance must include these return loads. 3.
