Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the annual tender for the selection of a company for the purchase of services for snow removal and anti-icing treatment of the territory near shops. CONTENTS Snow removalLIST OF ACCEPTED ABBREVIATIONSTZ TECHNICAL TASKAddendum-appendixSTC shopping center (object maintenance). PURPOSE OF PERFORMING WORK Quality cleaning of the territory near Novus from snow and its removal. GENERAL INFORMATION Performance of a full range of works: snow removal and its removal, and treatment with an anti-icing mixture. of servicesAppendix No. 2LIST OF APPENDICES TO THE TECHNICAL TASKTechnical taskContract Appendix to the contract No. 1 (addresses of provision of services); Appendix to the contract No. 2 (list of services); TERMS OF PERFORMANCE OF WORKS The term of the contract is 12 months PAYMENT TERMS - payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the performed works within 14 working days days after signing the Act of completed works and receipt of the invoice; REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTRACTOR - Charter of the enterprise, - Extract from the UDR, - Extract from the register of tax payers, - Financial report for the last 2 (two) years in the form F1 and F2, - Certificate from the servicing bank about the absence of debt to the bank for credits and mandatory payments, - provided that the Contractor supplies equipment as part of the project implementation, provide written confirmation (letter, certificate, dealer agreement without commercial part, supply agreement without commercial part, etc.) from the equipment manufacturer, in which the name of the participant with a fixation of the level of partnership should be indicated, - information about the availability of the material and technical base necessary for the performance of work, to be provided in the form of a certificate on an official letterhead, - information about the number of permanently working specialists certified for the performance of work, to be provided in the form of certificates on official letterhead, - Letters of recommendation regarding implemented similar works/projects; - Experience of performing similar works/projects for at least 2 (two) years.
