Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the annual tender for the selection of the company for the purchase and supply of refrigerated shelves for MiMarkets in 2026. Object: NOVUS and MiMarket stores Qualification criteria: The tender participant must provide documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this specification. Requirements for the supply of equipment: The goods are supplied in the quantity and assortment according to the submitted application. Terms of delivery of goods and performance of works: DDP of Kyiv and Kyiv region (+40 km) Delivery, unloading, loading, installation, removal of transport packaging are carried out at the expense of the Supplier. If necessary, storage of goods before shipment - Supplier's warehouse Criteria for evaluating tender offers. Full compliance of the company participant to sections 1 and 2 of this technical task. The price in the commercial offer must be given in euros (Appendix No. 2). Fixation of the price per unit in euros with VAT. The participant provides a commercial proposal in the format of Appendix No. 2. Terms of product financing - 30% advance, 70% - additional payment after signing the invoice.
