Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the annual tender for the selection of a company for the purchase and supply of refrigeration equipment in 2026. Object: Novus Ukraine LLC company stores Qualification criteria: The tender participant must provide documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task Requirements for the supply of equipment: Delivery period: during 2026, no more than 35 cal. days after receiving the application for delivery from the Customer. Terms of delivery of goods and performance of works - DDP of Kyiv and the region (+30km). The customer provides a list of the order and information: delivery address, contact person data. Delivery, unloading, installation are carried out at the expense of the Supplier. Storage of goods until the moment of shipment - Warehouse Supplier. Criteria for evaluation of tender offers. Full compliance of the participant's company with sections 1 and 2 of this technical task. The price in the commercial offer must be given in Euros with VAT (Appendix No. 2).
