Dear Sirs, Novus Ukraine LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company that will provide the following services: - Cargo transportation of bananas across the territory of Ukraine, with a temperature regime of +13C. The term of the contract is 1 year. The offer must contain: 1. Information about the company, with the provision of registration documents. 2. Cost of transportation by route: Lviv region, Zhovkivsky district, village Velikiy Doroshiv - Kyiv, st. 113 Trublaini, RC LLC Novus Ukraine, taking into account the +13C temperature regime, by cars with a carrying capacity of 22 tons. The loading frequency is 5-6 times a week, according to the pre-agreed loading schedule. 3. Technical characteristics of the existing fleet (list of vehicles that are planned to be used for providing services after the tender, indicating the brand, state number, date of manufacture of the vehicle, load capacity). 4. Completed Appendix 1. Requirements for drivers who carry out transportation: • Possession of a driver's license with the required category. • Availability of a medical book on passing the appropriate medical commission for drivers with notes on medical examinations. • Drivers must be present during loading/unloading, checking the number of transport units with the data in the documents.• Drivers must be dressed in neat light-reflecting overalls. General requirements for the Carrier: • Availability of a sufficient number of vehicles to ensure the uninterrupted supply of goods. In case of refusal or inability of the Carrier to perform on time and in full volume of goods delivery - the Customer reserves the right to refuse further cooperation with the Carrier. • Punctuality of cargo delivery regulations: - cars will be ordered through the Order, which indicates the date and time of arrival for loading.- after completing the route, the driver informs the dispatcher about the time of arrival at TT. • In cases of violation of the required temperatur...
