Annual scale calibration service - beale afb
(1) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(2) this solicitation, f1h3da5113aw01, is being issued as a request for quote (rfq). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (fac) 2005-82.
(3) this acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The naics code is 811219 and the size standard for this acquisition is $20.5m.
(4) contractors shall submit quotes based on the below clin structure and attached performance work statement. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
