Notes: A pre-bid conference will be held on November 18, 2015 at 10:30 am at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing and Contracts Division, Fourth Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89106. If your firm is unfamiliar with the county bid submittal procedures and would like to obtain training on the submittal process for this bid, please contact Adriane Garcia, Sr., Purchasing Analyst at 702-455-2733 no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2015, and a training session will be provided immediatelyfollowing the pre-bid conference referenced above. The initial term of contract shall be from date of award through December 31, 2016. The county reserves the option to renew contract for an additional three (3), one-year periods from its expiration date.
