Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of Operation and maintenance work of Otis Brand Lift (France) valued not less than Tk.1, 95, 000.00 (One lac ninety five thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1, 40, 000.00 (One lac forty thousand) only during the last 05(Five) years.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 70, 000.00 (Seventy thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2a-3 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive.5. Tenderer must submit 20 nos lift maintenance certificate.6. Minimum 20 Years of Spare Parts Supplying Assurance Certificate Issued by the Manufacturer of Otis lift.7. Upto date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).8. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.9.
